Location was good, easy access from the highway. We waited until late to book a room for the night and everything was booked except for one room at this place. When we got there he said he only had a small room left. That was fine with us. Then he took us down to a basement apartment in a house on the property, we assume the owner's. It was disgusting. I was afraid to touch anything. There were electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, only half the lights worked, all the finishes were either dirty or worn out, missing tiles in the tub surround, no towels and only about 6 squares of toilet paper left on the roll. We are English speaking and he was French of course so we had a hard time trying to understand each other. We had already paid before we saw the room. If we hadn't we would have moved on hoping to find something else or just slept in the car. I wanted to ask for a partial refund but did not have the time or patience to have that conversation. That being said, I can't say what the place was like for a regular visit, but that apartment should never have been used in that condition.

I guess you get what you pay for. It was the only vacancy we could find on our two day drive home. We slept ok. It felt dingy.

First of all, this place is filthy. There are mushrooms growing in the shower and fridge. When we came in, the trash wasn't even emptied from the previous occupants! The service is also terrible, it took us a good 20 minutes before someone came to show us where our cabin is. The cabin itself is tiny. We were promised enough room for 4. That was possible, but one of us had to sleep on the floor. There were also only 2 towels instead of 4. The extra quilt and pillows were on the floor in the wardrobe. The appliances are old and beg to be changed. Everything looks like a badly kept house from the 60s. Questionable choice of color for lining (dotted yellow). The promised WiFi frankly doesn't work. Not even for emails. The water cannot be drunk and must be boiled. The only warning sign is in the bathroom and dates of 2012

We arrived late and when we entered our room there was a note that the tv does not work and shower did not drain. Also we found an empty Pepsi can in our room. Beds were ok

Excellent campground to stay because the site has full of services like motels, camping sites, a swimming pool, a water slide, the campground is situated near the Trans Canada Highway 85 ine the center of the Temiscouata county. I love this camping and i will be my favorite because the streets are Florida style names and the lights is beautiful.
